NRMA Motorserve

The Australian Business Awards is delighted to recognise NRMA MotorServe as recipients of The Australian Business Award for Service Excellence in its industry classification for 2013.

NRMA was formed in 1920 and now is Australia’s largest motoring group and largest member organisation. NRMA has become the state’s peak voice for motorists, advocating on behalf of members on issues such as petrol and alternative fuels, electric vehicles, road and vehicle safety, licensing laws, road investment and the licensing demerit system.

NRMA MotorServe’s strategy is to increase member engagement and retention through consistent customer satisfaction, attracting and retaining talented people and investing in new technology. To do this, the organisation is reinvesting back into the business by funding a number of service excellence initiatives. They include a strategic collaboration and monthly management meetings, developing great managers and foremen, site selection, teamwork, training, improved customer contact and further integration with NRMA Roadside Assistance.
