Club Assist

The Australian Business Awards is delighted to recognise Club Assist as recipients of The Australian Business Award for Service Excellence in its industry classification for 2013.

Club Assist started in Melbourne in 1991 to provide Royal Automobile Club of Victoria members with a battery replacement service. Since then, Club Assist has enjoyed solid and consistent growth to offer service for members of 68 motoring clubs worldwide. Club Assist provides motoring club partners services from roadside service to product and technical training and marketing support and design services.

To ensure its Service Excellence, Club Assist uses monthly data to identify member calls, volume, type of complaints and any service trends, carries out monthly quality audits and ride-alongs with its workforce, makes about 80,000 member follow up calls each year in Australia, exceeds its response time goals of 85 per cent of jobs within the hour of received time to 90 per cent, has a dedicated hotline for customers and hosts an annual international user conference for North American clients. The goal is to educate customers on industry information, share best practices and share information between clients and industry.
