In this first stage, the judging panel will evaluate the entry for eligibility, completeness, thoroughness, appropriateness and general conformance to the award criteria. Once the judges have made their initial assessment, a shortlist of organisations are selected to participate in the next round of judging whereby entrants may be asked to provide supplementary information for evaluation.
