In this first stage, the judging panel will evaluate the entry for eligibility, completeness, thoroughness, appropriateness and general conformance to the award criteria. Specific criteria may be weighted differently in different categories, at the judges’ discretion. Entrants meeting a minimum score will progress to the second judging stage whereby entrants may be asked to to submit samples or other supplementary material for evaluation.
