How are entries treated in terms of disclosure? PDF Print E-mail
We do not publish the names of companies, organisations or their products that have not been selected for an award, nor will we reproduce any information from their entry. Therefore if you enter the awards, but are not successful, this will remain confidential. The organisers reserve the right to use information contained in the winning entries (apart from contact details and any content marked not for publication) for subsequent publicity, promotions and other activities relating to the awards program.  Please refer to businessawards.com.au/privacy.php for more information about our privacy principles.

Who has access to my entry? PDF Print E-mail
Throughout the judging process the information contained in your submission will only be accessible to the Australian Business Awards and the Award judges, each of whom is required to sign a strict confidentiality agreement. To protect your privacy throughout the judging process we will not provide any information whatsoever about your entry to anyone other than the 'Entrant Contact' as specified on the official entry. The entrant contact must be a company officer or authorised employee or agent of the organisation entering the Awards.

What happens to the entries at the conclusion of the Awards? PDF Print E-mail
At the conclusion of the Awards program all copies of submissions and supporting documents will be securely destroyed. For this reason, please ensure that you keep a copy of your submission for your own records and do not send in the original of any supporting documents.
